This traditional, historical sampler from Permin's Museum Collection is based on a sampler in the NCH museum in Breda, Holland.
The alphabet sampler with figures, flowers, birds, animals and crowns is worked in a single shade using whole cross stitch and backstitch. The large scale charts are printed on four A3 sheets and the stitch count is 360 by 260.
