Four attractive European castles in different styles.
The 10 page booklet has large scale black and white charts printed 10 stitches to approximately 2 centimetres each on an A3 page with key. The patterns by Susan J Heiss are worked in cross stitch and backstitch in either DMC or Anchor cottons.
The designs are:-
Lichtenstein - worked in 17 shades of stranded cottons over 95 by 133 stitches, the model on 14 count white Aida;
Neuschwanstein - stitched over 117 by 145 using 34 shades withe the model on 14 count blue Aida;
Craigievar - on a stitch count of 100 by 150 using 30 shades of stranded cottons, the model on 14 count blue Aida;
Hever - worked in 47 shades of stranded cottons over 200 by 148 stitches with some half cross stitch.
