Two charts, printed 10 stitches to an inch, are provided in an A4 booklet, one of the cross stitch which completely covers the fabric and one of the long stitches which are added afterwards to the fence. The pattern uses 9 shades of stranded cottons with some blending. The design is 70 stitches square and could be tackled by a beginner.
