Delivery on most Needlecraft items: kits, charts, patterns and leaflets is free, worldwide.
We charge for shipping/delivery at cost for other products: Papercraft items, Supplies/Accessories and larger Books.
Our shopping cart calculates the shipping costs when you place your order.
If your order has, say, a chart, fabric and needles, then you will have to pay shipping for the fabric and needles only.
Shipping Methods
In the UK, we use first class post or parcel post (for heavier items like some books and larger supplies), or courier if that is cost effective.
Overseas orders (European Union, USA/Canada, Australasia, etc.) are shipped by airmail.
Despatch and Delivery Times
Items marked immediate despatch are normally posted on the same or the next business day.
(Exceptions to this include: if there is serious disruption to postal services through weather or strikes or if there are holidays).
Delivery Aims
Deliveries to the UK: within 2 days, or 3 days for parcels.
Deliveries to Europe: 3-5 working days.
Deliveries to USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Rest of the World: 5-7 working days.
Please note that these are aims and not guarantees.
For example, your own country's Customs may inspect your package and thus cause a delay in delivery; or there may be weather or air traffic problems which hold up your package.
Airmail package size and weight are restricted to Length + Width + Height under 900mm (and no dimension more than 600mm) and Weight under 2Kg.
Some individual products may exceed the airmail limits and consequently cannot be shipped overseas.
Also, if our cart estimates that your order will exceed the limits, then it overestimates the postal charges as a warning.
