The kit has a large scale black and white chart printed 10 stitches to two centimetres on an A3 sheet with key showing two motifs illustrating placement. The pattern is worked in cross stitch and backstitch using wools in 12 shades. Each of the four motifs placed around the skirt is worked over 85 by 57 stitches. The kit comes in a plastic zipped bag with a square of fabric and instructions to either make the finished article square or round.

10 count evenweave jute fabric in natural;
wools;
tape to finish;
needle, chart and instructions.
