Profile - Jane IlesJane Iles took her degree in Embroidery at Goldsmiths' College, London in 1976 and began as a freelance embroidery designer the following year.In 1981, she returned to college to take the Art Teachers' Certificate, spending the next five years teaching textiles and also finding time to write, design and exhibit her work. Since July 1987 Jane has been working full-time as an embroidery designer and writer. Her published work includes Old English Roses in Needlework, Learn to Embroider andThe Needlework Garden.
