We have a little more to say this month! Many designers introduce new kits and patterns in the early part of the year in the big needlecraft shows like Nashville and Cologne.
Kits
Heritage Crafts have released two new Elegance ladies called Ailsa and Annabel by John Clayton, two lovely landscapes by Mel's Stitches, a set of beach huts in different colours by Karen Carter and a boy and a girl birth cards by Kirsten Roche.

Permin'ssecond collection for 2024, released in time for the Cologne show has lots of cartoon designs with Pippi Longstocking, chickens, nesting birds, horse and tiger.
We are delighted to introduce a new (to us) designer Robin Pickens with stylish and colourful patterns. These have been very popular so far and some have sold out.
It's been many years since we stocked the excellent Cross-N-Patch hardanger and flower designs by Emie Bishop and we thought they had all disappeared. However, we recently found someone with a limited stock of these stylish patterns so we've brought many of them back.
There are some old favourites and some we haven't seen before. Sadly, stocks will be limited and they may not be repeated.
And Finally
It probably won't have escaped your notice that we're in the middle of the Easter holiday, a time to contemplate the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth two millennia ago.
Easter, like other religious festivals, has been secularised over the years and our title comes from the song by Irving Berlin that was popularised by Judy Garland and Fred Astaire in the 1948 movie Easter Parade.
