The book has instructions on working and mounting the designs, colour pictures and large scale black and white charts. Each chart is printed 10 stitches to approximately 1.5 inches on two facing pages showing the cross stitch and a second set of two pages showing the added backstitch and french knot detail.

The models were worked on 18 count Aida. Letter and number sets are included for personalisation.
