Inspired by the fairy tale of the Snow Queen, this elegant proud lady is richly dressed and her reindeer is hanging with beads.
The design by Nora Corbett has a large scale black and white chart printed 10 stitches to two centimetres double sided on an A3 sheet. The pattern is worked in whole and partial cross stitch and backstitch using 32 shades of DMC stranded cottons in 40 skeins, Caron Waterliles CWL197 monsoon (2 skeins), CWL254 porcelain blue (2 skeins), Rainbow Gallery Wisper W88 and Kreinik #4 braid 009 emerald and 032 pearl.

The stitch count is 294 by 243 (Estimate Fabric Size) and the model was stitched on 32 count twilight blue linen CL065L/18 with 16 count twilight blue Aida CC355L/18 as an alternative.
